While you're waiting for it to arrive (1-5 minutes), I wanted to share my family system strategy that has made all the difference for me as a biz owning mom of 7 kids...

"If you earn over $30/hr then you need to outsource all $10/hr work -- including housework, chores, meal prep, and cooking. One of the best places to start is with your own children."

As a biz owning, working, or freelancing mom, every minute counts. And your business is not meant to be a hobby -- you need to actually generate revenue.

To leverage your time (to focus on higher-value work) you need to outsource as much 'lower-value' work as possible. I used to think that meant hiring someone to do:

​

  • social media

  • customer service

  • web design

  • email marketing

  • etc.

 

And while that is something you might EVENTUALLY outsource, in order to really grow your business it's BETTER to start closer to home -- IN your home actually. The FIRST jobs you should be outsourcing as a working mom are:

​

  • laundry

  • dishes

  • meal prep and planning

  • cooking

  • cleaning

  • errands

  • etc.

​

The first place to start outsourcing this work is with your own children -- and the added benefit of this system (which I'll teach you) is that they become more responsible,  self-directed, and prepared for adulthood.

​

 

Without the right tools, resources, and materials to create a system for 'outsourcing' at home...

 

...your business (and your children's) growth will forever remain stunted and stuck.

​

Just like mine was.

​

But once I created and implemented my Family Systems & Charts I started to have more time to focus on the things that made the biggest difference for me and my family.

​

My ability to earn more income has blessed our family life in so many ways that weren't possible before. 

​

My children can take voice lessons and violin lessons and develop other talents like art and aerial silks. They can do more work for me and learn additional skills (that I pay them to do).

 

At the same time, my children feel needed and incentivized to contribute to the family in their own unique ways -- ways that REALLY matter to the functioning of our home.

 

This system has helped them learn how to do the work that I used to do for them (cooking, cleaning, etc.) and as a result they've matured while also helping me reach my goals.

I want to show you how to create independent, responsible children that do 'your' housework for you so that you can focus on earning more money for your family...
